Default A book on Pu-erh and Pu-erh tea ceremony

Since that many readers on this group read
Chinese, our house tea master, Di Liu's new
book, Pu-erh Tea Ceremony, may be of interest to
pu-erh drinkers. She covers the history of pu-
erh, how to choose, judge and brew pu-erh in her
new book. For a full content list, please visit
this site:

About Di Liu: Ms. Liu is the first tea ceremony
artificer, which ranks higher than the title of
senior tea master, in China. She has been
invited to present tea ceremonies in many
international events. She will give a oral
presentation and host a discussion forum in the
upcoming World O-Cha (Tea) Festival 2004 this
November in Japan.
