Twinings has suggestions at:
http://www.twinings.com/en_int/exper...a/occasion.asp.

My personal habits include:

Morning - English Breakfast, Prince of Wales (some enjoy Irish Breakfast,
Scottish Breakfast)

Lunch through the afternoon & dinner -
Winter - Green teas*, Darjeeling, Earl Grey (a couple of women I know like
Bigelow's Constant Comment and Twinings' Lady Grey)
Summer - cold peppermint, cold Earl Grey rooibos

Afternoon - Bigelow's Mango Chamomile, Celestial Seasonings' Tangerine
Orange Zinger and Mandarin Orchard Green

After dinner - Blackberry, Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Bigelow's French Vanilla,
green teas*, Russian Caravan

Bedtime - Celestial Seasonings' Honey Vanilla Chamomile, rooibos, Bigelow's
Sweet Dreams

To relax - chamomile, rooibos

To relieve upset stomach - ginger

*Green teas include:
Dragon Well
Darjeeling green
Earl Grey green
Green Mango Indica (from http://www.uptontea.com)
Gunpowder
