Blue Willow Tea?
 

Has anyone ever heard of a wholesale company called Blue Willow Tea? My
local teashop says they buy their tea from them but I don't see them on the
Internet.

Yes, I recognize the name from when I was googling for something awhile
back. Located in Seattle, IIRC.
