Could the oldtimers tell me...has this term actually been around for awhile?
Because I hadn't heard of it and thought I was pretty cute thinking it up
but now I see it has spread to other people and other lists and I don't know
if that was before or after I thought I had my brilliant flash of
inspiration....

Melinda,

As far as I can see you are the sole inventor of this term, or at least the
popularizer of it, whichin any event gives you copyright claim. You need to
state your fee for its use. I suggest you charge the barest minimal token
amount, but do not allow people to use it free because that could be
tantamount to giving up your claim.

I approve Varese. Assam, I'm not so sure.

Alright, I wasn't going to say this, but if you absolutely must know, I
invented this term in 1957, and I have turned over all rights to Melinda.
