Mini Tuo Chas

What do you think of these mini tuo chas? They look very different from the
minis I've seen elsewhere. They look good!

Hi Marlene,

I have not tried the green ones, but I am drinking a black one right
now and it is well above average for a mini. They are actually around
16g each rather than the 20g that is advertised. I normaly dont like
minis but these and the ones offered by Rishi Tea have impressed me as
being a notch or two above. The rest of the minis that your normaly see
are the puerh equivelant of Lipton.

I've gotten some 10g samples in another order. They were plain
wrapped. It doesn't matter but these are probably unwrapped as shown.
The seller in another auction was selling three wrapped 100g touchas
with one unwrapped. Curious I sent an email and was told it was
unwrapped. The ones I tasted if the same I didn't think were special
in anyway compared to a Xiaguan Ji Jia (Grade A) green box from a store
which is far cheaper. I'd fire off an email asking him if Premium
means Te or Special. I have ordered Xiaguan Ji Te and I don't see or
taste that much difference than the cheaper Jia. If it is still
available I'd get the Premium wild tree green bamboo log for the same
weight and much cheaper. Unfortunately mine didn't come in the bamboo
wrapper as shown because he stuffed one kilo into a box minus the two
shells. I think there is more value in the other green puerh than
this. However those mini tuochas are cute but 20g is a handfull. I
like a 5g mini which is more practical for a pot.
