I write this reluctantly because I really think Silk Road Teas has some
wonderful teas... The new guy is nice and friendly... However their service... I bought about $300.00 worth of teas from them but when the parcel came the Liu An basket (I bought the whole basket of it) was not there, despite being on the packing list. I called. The basket came later. Tastes differ, but to my opinion this was like some other tea in Liu An basket. My wife who drinks Liu An almost exclusively for quite some time now, also said that this was something else. I think it was LiuAn all right, but very low quality. I decided to send it back with some other teas that I did not like as much as I thought I would and... I called, I left messages... Nothing. Then I finally get to the lady who gracefully told me that UPS will pick up the package tomorrow... A week passed - the package still sits at my front door. I call, I leave messages... Sasha. |
