Default RFDT FAQ

With the amount of newcomers aboard, I thought it might be a good idea
to post the FAQ, which I found very helpful to read when I first
arrived. Included in the FAQ are descriptions of various tea types and
suggestions for brewing times and temperatures for various teas.

Enjoy!
