I was with you up until "Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan yang dihormati!" and
even in another language, SPAM is universal.

We've not heard of any *real* Tsunami affecting Malay speaking regions, so
far, have we? It is evidently impassioned, and the URL is from cjb.net, a
free re-direction outfit, not to mention the poster uses a free address.
SPAM right enough, then, from an organizaton working on a shoestring, most
likely.

BTW, I think it's Malay because a) the word "orang" is used a few times
(this is the only word of the language I know offhand, giving the English
word "Orangutan", Malay for "man of the wild"), b) it does use reduplication
a lot [e.g. Tuan-Tuan, Puan-Puan, etc. throughout), even more than Chinese
IMO & c) I cheated and googled the first seven words -- it's a very common
phrase (25,900 hits) on pages that are obviously Malay, whatever it means...

I did not see the original posting, but the language is indeed Malay.

>> Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan yang dihormati!

Gentlemen and ladies, you are honored!
This is a standard opening for a letter.

>> Pernahkan anda dengar orang yang boleh mendapat .

What you want, you may be able to receive.

This may be a bit rough... I have not spoken the language since I was
about ten years old, and that was a long time ago.
