Because I haven't been doing this. If I want another pot of tea, I've
been tossing any remaining water in the kettle and getting fresh tap water to boil. I don't know how I got in the habit of doing this - I think I have some vague idea that reboiled water will be "flat." It's finally occurred to me that this might be a total waste of water. Any thoughts? Jennifer |
