Default Organic Assams, CTC BOP

Fatickcherra Estate and Sewpur Estate have Assam CTC BOPs that,
somewhat unsurprisingly, are almost twins to each other. In side by
sides, the Fatickcherra may be a bit more full mouth, darker, redder,
and tastier than the Sewper- or I may have just put a grain or two more
tea into the Fatickcherra mixture. They are both good to very good.
The Fatickcherra had three people giving it 5 stars at Upton, which I
think is hyperbole. The Sewpur was unrated. I brewed according to
directions, see no need for "improvement" on the directions, and added
no adulterants. Toci
