A calcium-based indegestion tablet a day will solve that problem.

Default The importance of milk

I did some research on nutrition a while ago and I think milk is
unnecessary for humans. Cow milk was designed by nature to feed baby
cows, not humans. Some green vegetables have plenty of calcium, if I
remember correctly. I'm pretty sure they do. I found out milk has a lot
of PUSS in it, so it grosses me out now. I seldom drink it anymore.
Also farmers force cows to live in horrible conditions and pump them
with antibiotics and hormones, so that's another reason not to drink
milk.

Why would it?

Like what? I've been on several dairy farms, but none of the farmers
kept those cows in horrible conditions.

Don't take too many though. If you over indulge in tomatoes, asparagus,
rhubarb and other veggies rich in oxalic acid and don't drink enough fluids,
you could get kidney stones - and they're no joke!

I can live without all the popups.

I've been drinking fortified soy milk for many years.
My CBCs, panels, etc. all come back perfect.
I get 2 a year.

I've been living OK without milk and all substitutes for around 45 years, so
milk can't be all that important, can it?

Calves are weaned by their mothers by fall and seem to do just fine
without milk so why would humans think they need it?

Slick marketing to a bunch of ignorant rubes.
