of spending his entire life contemplating his shrivelled penis. In a

Hmmm...that gives him more credit than he deserves I'm
afraid. It's only when he tries to be intelligent, which he usually
does by lying about something, that the Goober makes people
laugh. When he tries to be amusing, it's usually just a sad, stupid
mess.
