Default Rice milk recipes w/o a blender?

I am a college student living in a dorm, and I cannot drink milk
because I am a singer. I have recently started using rice milk, but it
is prohibitively expensive. I have found a lot of recipes for rice
milk, but they all use a blender, which I don't have, and don't see
myself getting in the near future. Does anyone have a good recipe for
rice milk or other grain milk that doesn't use a blender?

i do think buying a cheap blender would be a lot easier for you.
since you have said it yourself most of the recipes requires a blender, then it could also help you have more choices on creating your menu using rice milk or grain milk.

Since you only want to make rice milk and use the blender for no other purpose then why not get a cheap blender for less than $20, yes some are as cheap as that. Try this Hamilton Beach single serve blender. I bought this long time a ago when I was in hostel and it worked great for single person and is very cheap and durable enough to make drinks for one or two on a regular basis.
