Default vegan gourmet cheese

I've now tried both the Cheddar Style and the Mozzarella style. My daughter
and I like the Mozzarella but not the Cheddar.
I have to make a special trip to Whole Foods for it but it is worth the
trouble.

Still no Redwood Foods in your neck of the woods? Their Cheezly
products are amazing.

Email them and demand they export their products to you!

steamed tofu doesn't melt on a pizza and hold the other toppings in place.

No still no Cheezerly. Redwood can export all they like but if the local
distributors don't carry something it is near impossible to get it. Just
getting the Vegan Gourmet stuff from California is a hassle. I'm at the
mercy of Wholefoods.

recipe.

For some reason it didn't get posted for me. I had a recipe with tofu and
it was very good. I'd have to dig it up. If I find it, I'll post it.

No Redwood Foods to report on the East coast either....I've not noticed the
Vegan Gourmet stuff at Fresh Fields/Wholefoods, but then again, I haven't been
looking for it ;-). Now that I've been alerted to the fact that they carry it,
I'll check...it may not've made it this far east yet...we have Tofutti at
Trader Joe's, but I've heard better things about the Vegan Gourmet products...

Btw, nice to see you folks again! Cheers,

Fritz

The TJ's by me replaced tofutti with TJ's own brand witch of course has
Casien. Those rat @#$s. The Vegan Gourmet is much better but I have to go
so far out of my way to get it and it molds quickly. I've tried freezing it
and it is okay. I'll just buy a few packs at a time then divide and freeze.
Why am I sitting here chatting when I have curtains to sew!? Where is that
d^&* seam ripper.
