We've fallen in love with a dish we can purchase at a local health food
store, but are frustratingly unable to find a recipe for it. The health food store calls the dish "Tofu Walnut Salad". The only ingredients I'm sure of are tofu, walnuts, and celery. It does not contain mayonnaise or any type of mayonnaise substitue. We eat it piled on crackers. If anyone has such a recipe, please do share - we would be extremely grateful! |
