recipe request
 

When my kids were little I bought a cookbook at the
local grocery store with a recipe entitled, "Vegetable
Stroganoff". I think the title had "light 'n lively" in it.
While I've seen many similar recipes I've found none like
that one.

It used carrots, broccoli, cottage cheese, sour cream,
parmasan cheese, mushrooms, olives, garlic and such.
I sure would love to find that recipe again. If anyone
remembers such please post the source or recipe.
