Hi all,
If anyone in California or any travelers to the area have a few spare hours on Feb 8th, the "Dark and Delicious" food and wine tasting will be held at Rosenblum Cellars in Alameda. Many wineries will have samples of Petite Sirah paired with offerings from area chefs. I found out about this event from an email I received from Bogle Winery. Just a "heads up" for folks who might be in the area. Details on: http://www.psiloveyou.org/ Wish I could be there because it truly sounds delicious! :-( Dick R. |

Excuse please, that should be "Dark and Delicious". My spell checker doesn't check the header. Dick R. |

Indeed, big meat is only thing that comes to mind for me. I know there
are some styles of PS that aren't as big (Bogle), but I did look at the recipes on the PS org's site- Sautéed Swiss Chard with Goat Cheese and Toasted Walnuts with Petite Sirah anyone? Yikes!
