Re Chilean wines, we do not care for them either. But seeing another Kirkland wine I am tempted. However, DH is at Costco right now and so we decided not to get the Kirkland Chilean, but to get a Chilean Marques Concha 2005 Cab Sauv rated in the WS as "90 - Smart Buy and at one time, Best Buy of the Week andDrink now thru 2007. " Thanks for your answer. Dee |

The first one I was able to do was "peppery" last night on a bottle of Barossa, 95% shiraz, 5% viognier, 2004. I smelled it first, didn't ascertain peppery; then took a sip and I could taste peppery; then after that I smelled the peppery. I need a find a list of TN's that I can refer to so that I can look for some of the usual ones, such as currants, vs. berries, etc. Dee |

This might be useful too: http://www.winearomawheel.com/doc/userguide.pdf (also the site where you can purchse a wheel) d. -- I didn't write it, but you can find the alt.food.wine FAQ he http://winefaq.hostexcellence.com/ |
