Default "The Rise of Robert M. Parker, Jr...."

"The Rise of Robert M. Parker, Jr. and the Reign of American Taste" by
Elin McCoy.

I bought the paperback at Borders today for exactly $1 +.05 tax.
decent shape.

I was surprised to see it at that price.

Also still sight-shopping the three wine books, one of which I will
buy, but I guess they don't want any lookie-loo(s) on this expensive
books, as they were all wrapped. So it was an in-expensive day.
However, bought 9 bottles of wine priced anywhere from $4.50 to
$34.99. The $35 was Marchesi di Barolo, 2001 - 100% Nebbiolo.

You left off the main part of the title- "The Emperor of Wine."

I enjoyed book overall. I met McCoy, she's entertaining.

2001 looks to be a smashing Nebbiolo vintage.
