Default Wine Journal Template

Good day.

I know I can buy wine journals from mostly any bookstore, but I
thought about creating my own, so I can use binders. This will make
adding more pages easier.

I looked up but could not find any wine journal page template on the
Internet. Do you know of any place I could get one? Either in PDF,
Word or Excel format.

Thank you.

Steve,

That's pretty close. I just needed some guidance, so I can create my
own. I don't want to use anyone else's, as I want to make it available
on my blog.
Thank you very much. That was really helpful.
