Batchelor night so as with Dale it is break out the food that no one else
likes and pick a wine to go along. I opted for a SB from NZ. I was going to have oysters but a last minute chanfe of heart brought out the mussels. At first I thought Grapefruit, woo Bev doesn't like grapefruit wine goodthing she isn't here. But that was only the very pronounced acidity talking, The tastes are mellower, the famed kiwi fruit, passion fruit thing (which until now I am not sure I ever followed) crisply acidic is going to go well with the Mussels, but I am really wishing I had taken the time to hunt down some oysters. A really nice bottle for $15.99US -- Joseph Coulter, cruises and vacations www.josephcoulter.com 877 832 2021 904 631 8863 cell |
