Last night my wife and I had a champagne that had been in our
refrigerator for about 3 months. It was a Piper, which we had not had before. The wine seemed fine. But, I am interested whether there is a consensus on the effects of having champagne well chilled for several months before serving. Bill Hogsett |

Then the other question comes to mind, if you don't put champagne in the
fridge where else can you keep it without using it in salad dressing. No I don't have a wine refrige or a wine cellar or room for one, this is why I'm asking?
