Hi,

I have a house that fluctuates quite a lot in temperature and i was
wondering about storing my wine bottles in wooden boxes with sawdust.
Does any one have any opinions or advice on wether this would be a
viable option?

You work in a sawmill and have access to scads of sawdust and think that
sawdust would be a good insulator to swaddle your bottles in? No.......

Viable option for use of spare sawdust? Perhaps, but so would fire. And why
have you posted the same query re lemons?
