Is there a good source of info on the Web to help us develop a wine list for
a new restaurant? Food style will be California-Asian fusion. Can't go much above ten bucks (our cost) per bottle. Thanks George |

I do not know how much they charge, but there are people who do this.
The list is very much dependent upon what is available in a particular state. With $120/case wines, people are not going to bring them in for you. This means you mark it up 3 times the price if you want to stay with the rest of your pack.. Now you are talking about 20 to 30 per bottle. Good luck. Rich |

Do not tell them you are going to be low end only, and encourage athem with a few well chosen upper end wines. |
