I have recently acquired a 10yr old Vinotheque 500 wine cabinet. It
came to me sans cooling unit (the previous one died, and the owner never replaced it.) I have spoken to Vinotheque about the replacement units they have, and wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with using a non-Vinotheque cooling unit in one of these cabinets as the Vinotheque ones are expensive. I'm certainly not opposed to spending the money where appropriate to protect my investment in wine, but thought I'd see if anyone has other options that are just as functional for less money. Thanks in advance for any responses or assistance. Rich G. |
