I'm planning another all white burgundy dinner and I have a preliminary menu
and some wines that I'd like to taste. Any pairing suggestions would be appricieated. The Wines: 1985 Salon Les Mesnil (Not a white burg but 100% Chardonnay with Hors d') 2000 Laroche Chablis Les Blanchots 1990 Louis Latour Corton Charlemagne 1996 Domiane Leflaive Bienvenues Batard Montrachet 1995 Verget Meursault Les Charmes 1997 Drouhin Clos des Mouches Blanc 1996 E. Sauzet Montrachet 1999 O. Leflaive Criots Batard Montrachet 1996 Coche-Duray Meursault Les Perrieres Preliminary Menu (not in serving order and in English): Cream of Frog Legs Soup with puree of garlic and parsley garnish St Pierre and Scallop Mousilline with Coulibiac made with Sandre, Salmon and Shrimp Roasted Chevre Salad Pan Seared Lobster with artichokes and morels with Beurre Blanc Oven Roasted Pousin with roasted seasonal vegetables Granny Smith Apple tart with Calvados Souffle. Any help would be welcomed. Bi!! |
