I opened a bottle of 2008 Failla Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast Occidental
Ridge Vyd last night with grilled Pacific King Salmon. Dark bburgundy in the glass. Earthy aromas with black cherry notes. Medium bodied, nice black cherry and black raspberry flavors backed with mushroom and black earth and a bit of exotic spice. Nice bright acidity on the finish. "B+/A-" |
