Over the past two nights, I've opened up a couple of bottles of the 2013
Trimbach Pinot Blanc that I got for everyday consumption. Both bottles were moderately corked, which is weird in the extreme since they're sealed under screwcap. Thought it nice if not complex. Will try to open another soon. |

Thought it nice if not complex. Will try to open another soon. Betsy used a cup of this for cooking last night. I tried a bit after dinner, didn't find any TCA aromas. But as noted I'm not especially sensitive. |
