![]() As I write this, I am sipping some 2000 Chateau L'Euziere from the Coteaux du Languedoc. Nothing to write home about, however, a very good value. A few weeks ago I picked up some 2000 Domaine Des Tourelles, also from the Coteaux du Languedoc, which was one of the "bigger" body products I've had in a long time (the Euziere is more in the claret style). Both of these products are terrific values. The Tourelles I picked up at less than US$ 10 and I am fairly sure the Euziere is in that range also (the bottle doesn't have price tag, and I forgot what I paid exactly for it). I am wondering whether this is a coincidence, or that this appellation is producing good products at a very good prices. If so, why? -- ================================================= Do you like wine? Do you live in South Florida?
