Depends.. If they do like wine I'd suggest half a case of something ageable.
A sparkler for each of the next three anniversaries might also be a nice
idea - we don't plan for more than three, do we? :-)

I also say vintage champagne and I have given it as a gift. If they like
wine then there are lots of choices. If not, I'd go with one of the
more recognizable names like Dom over Bollinger.
