Default Vintage Series Premiere Cru

Does anyone have experience with this line of wine cabinets. You can see
them at http://www.vintagecellars.com/catego...dcategoryID=46. I
can't find anything online comparing these to Eurocave or other products.

I'd like to buy a cabinet capable of holding several hundred bottles. It
will be in my (occasionally humid) basement, so looks aren't nearly as
important as functionality. I've been online looking at the options for
days, but it's difficult to make a decision based on what I've read. Any
and all recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi, Dave -

By no means am I providing any advice from a commercial standpoint ....
as you can find for yourself in our article,
http://www.galtwine.com/WineCellarCabinets.html , the few alternatives
built in the U.S. are private labeled under any number of names.

Our friends at Vintage Cellars call Impressions "Premiere Crru". AMWE
calls it Americave. IWA calls it the Estate series.

I could call it "Mike's Miracle Cellar" - it's still an Impressions -
same factory - same cabinet.

Again, I'm sincerely not responding for commercial reasons. Our
primary focus at Galt Wine Cellars is information and representing a
client's interests - not a limited product line.

We encourage folks to obtain objective information from us and then
spend as much time as they'd like "shopping". We already know every
"brand" - evry type of equipment built - every vendor in this industry.
Our clients always pay less when we obtain it for them.

More importantly is defining the most appropriate fit to your
parameters.

Anyway, "Premier Cru" is just a label. Evaluations of all mainstream
products are available at www.galtwine.com .
