CdP - who uses all 13 varietals?
 
Interesting question came up tonight - What % (approximately) of CdP
producers use all 13 permitted varietals? We know Beaucastel does...and
we love it!

Eric,
Very few producers use all 13; in fact, most use less than 10
(Terret Noir and Picardin just aren't huge draws). However, in addition
to Beaucastel there is Dom. du Pegau's "Cuvée da Capo" luxury bottling.
Ch. Mont-Redon and Dom. du Banneret also make claims to using all 13.
There may be a few others done as larks, too, but those are the only
ones I'm aware of.
