Default New World vs. Old World: country classifications

Below is my categorization of wine producing countries into "new" and
"old" world.

I am having second thoughts about classifying Romania as a new world
producer.

While you are at it, please take a look at both lists and suggest
appropriate additions and deletions.

The idea is not to have a comprehensive listing, but to highlight the
principal players in both spheres.

For example, technically Lebanon should be in the Old World list,
however, I don't think Lebanon currently makes sufficient wine to
merit inclusion. Then again, by that criterium, maybe I should
exclude Switzerland from the old world tally.

OLD WORLD
France
Italy
Spain
Germany
Portugal
Austria
Hungary
Switzerland

NEW WORLD
United States
Australia
South Africa
New Zealand
Chile
Argentina
Uruguay
Canada
Romania

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
