Given the book you're promoting doesn't mention a thing about the
publisher, and that you've combined two entirely different procedures -
wine and spirits - into a single publication, it's safe to say that
Robert Cluett's simple winemaking guide is probably far superior to
whatever you're selling.

If you really had any clue about this, and you wanted to group in
additional subject material, you could have included home brewing
tutorials, as much of the same equipment can be used for making both
beer and wine. To that end, I'll stick with Charlie Papazian, thank you
very much.
