I"m surrounded by wine immatures... White? Sweet? ... suggestions?

Hi.
Though I've made 300+ bottles of recipe and kit wines, I'm still new to
different wines (I like Syrah, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, oaky Chardonnay) .
One avenue of my wine making is to give away bottles to clients that
think it's "neat that I make my own wine". smile. Good conversation
piece as long as I don't give them a wine they don't like. smile.

Since I live in North Carolina (oh, maybe that doesn't matter), most
folks like white or fruit sweet wines, which I have only made the Island
Mist Mango Citrus Symphony kit, which is a huge success. But it's more
of a summer wine, in my mind (who knows what these people think).

So as I think about another KIT to make, I was wondering if any one had
ideas for those that like it sweet. Something for Christmas...

I've seen: Peach Chardonnay, Peach Mango Chardonnay, Green Apple
Riesling, etc. Niagara Mist and Island Mist seem to be very popular brands.

I want to do a Kit, since I'm giving it away and don't want to
experiment (though I've done Cranberry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Mango,
Mango-Peach, Cab Sauv, Chenin Blanc, etc. via recipes).

Just thought someone would recommend. thanks.

thanks, Steve. I'm not a Merlot enjoyer (is that a word?), but most
folks do like Merlot's. I'll check out the Blackberry/Merlot.
Any other votes?

If they like fruity and sweet, the peach chard. is quite nice (spoken
by a fellow who hates chardonnay!!). It's actually peachier than most
of the peach wines I've made from scratch.
