Default Tiny bubbles....

Got a scare today. A couple days ago, I took my two gallons of
pomegranate juice out of the refrigerator to bring it up to room temperature
and do some testing. When I walked by it an hour or so ago, I noticed what
looked like little colonies of fungus/mold/spores floating across the top.
PANIC!
Turns out it is just little islands of tiny bubbles. My guess is from
self starting fermentation. It is active enough to see any action at all and
I want to run the acid and SG tests before I kill it off.

By the way, thanks for all the inputs I've gotten so far. You've all
been a big help pointing me in the right directions. I'll keep the group
posted as I go along.
