Default Need birch beer or wine recipe.

I use to make birch syrup with the sap collected from my back yard.
Now I hear that wine can be made with birch sap and also beer.
I do not know if the beer is like root beer, spruce of ale.
I would appreciate any comments and recipes.

TIA

Thanks for the recipe. Now all I have to do is to wait for the sap to run.
The other thing is I do not know the difference between birch beer and birch
wine.
