"From Vines to Wines" comes to mind.

However..... no offense intended, but are you sure you're ready to do this
commercially? It seems to me that part of the proper preparation for going
into business at anything is a knowledge of the business sufficient that one
does not need to ask on the Internet for books about how to do it.

You have to start somewhere, and what better way that to read a good book on
it.

Scribe, "General Viticulture" by A.J. Winkler, J. A. Cook, W. M. Kliewer and
L. A Lider, 1974 published by University of California Press is the still
the "standard" viniculture text book,

What state do you live in?
Your state may have a grape growers association.
For example, if you lived in Maryland, you could contact the Maryland Grape
Growers Association.

Thanks. I'll give it a go. The Californians put wine making down to an
exact science. The French said it was in your blood, and other such
nonsense.

I may buy a wine farm in South Africa. In SA they tend to just grow the
grapes and pool the grapes to make a region wine at a central winery. Some
estates are vertically integrated, in that they grow the grapes, make and
bottle the wine.
