Default Spray programs

Last year some of you were nice enough to post spraying procedures and
timing for eastern Pa vineyards. Since that was in the fall, of course
I have lost them. Now that the vines are sprouting leaves, I need to
take action. Would one of you who knows what he is doing please
repost?
Thanks
Tim
