nectarine Wine and Island Mist kits
 

It's been a long time since I've been able to check in here. I
figured I'd let you folks know what I've been up to, at least as far
as wine.

I bottled a batch of Nectarine wine a couple months back. It turned
out real well.

I have a batch of Welches White Grape going and a batch ob Welches
White Grape Peach going. Both are on their second racking. In about
a month they will be ready to bottle.

I started an Island Mist Peach Apricot Chardoney last night. I go
with the instructions as I want to get what the maker wanted. I also
like a sweet wine. I think this will work well while sitting on the
deck this summer.
