Now this may sound sacrilegious, but I have the opportunity to pick up a few
cases of concord grapes at a discount.
Since we're leaving soon for a 10 day vacation, no time to start this batch.
I'm wondering if I could freeze the grapes, and start it when I have time...
I'm thinking it may help with the juice extraction.

Anyone ever try this?

Should have searched google first Found several references to positive
results this way...

Freezing fruit of all type is often discussed on this group as a way to get
a better yield out of the fruit. I don't think I would want to do this with
whole grapes if I was making a white style wine as you might get a beter
yield from the skin which you might not want, but for your concord it is
probably an excellent approach.
