Default When to add f-pack?

I just started a Wineexpert Riesling and it came with a Süss-reserve.
I would like to age this wine for 6-9 months before bottling. How does
this affect my time line for additions of sulphites, f-pack, etc?

What have folks done that have made this wine before and added for
extended time?

Thanks,
Mark

Add the F-pack at the normal time. Just leave the wine in the carboy
to age. You want the let it age with the F-pack as it adds sweetness
and flavour to the wine.
