How do you keep your brew temperature from cooling down at night time?

Unless it's cooling waaaay down, I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't think it gets below 60 degrees but it does stop bubbling.

What about during the day time when it stays cold in the house?

At this time of year it may not get really cold but it doesn't warm up much
either.

If it starts bubbling again the next day when things warm up a bit, don't
worry about it.

I keep my winery in the basement, where the temp is very stable from day
tonight.

-NOTE- this solution may not work for everyone on usenet!

You can use a heat pad that your fermenter sits on, or a belt which
circles your fermenter.

I tried that but apparently it didn't work well enough and the brew simply
stopped after 4 days. But looking in one particular book on making Orange
wine it said that Oranges brew very rapidly. Does anyone have any experience
with that?
