What about during the day time when it stays cold in the house? At this time of year it may not get really cold but it doesn't warm up much either. |

I tried that but apparently it didn't work well enough and the brew simply stopped after 4 days. But looking in one particular book on making Orange wine it said that Oranges brew very rapidly. Does anyone have any experience with that? |
