Another Yeast Question
I'm making my first batch of wine.The yeast packet says for 1 to 6 gals. I
am making 1 gallon. Should I just use the whole packet or a smaller amount? |

In the past, when I was really poor, if I was going to start another batch
within the month, I would use half a packet, then fold it closed tightly and keep in the refrigerator. I never had any trouble doing this.
