I just tasted my apple cider that has been fermenting with turbo yeast
about 3 weeks now. I didn't expect ,much, but it tastes pretty good and has a fair amount of alcohol in it if my taste buds serve me right. It has cleared nicely and I think I will stabilize it soon and bottle and let it age. It tastes like a cheap white wine at the moment. I am hoping that will improve with aging. At this point should I just bottle it and let it age for a year or put it on oak chips for added flavor? |
