Default just added my isinglass

how long do i wait till i rack off and putt in the cellar to wait to
bottle?and a how long do i wait to bottle the wine.it is a concord made
form concentrate.it is about 45 days old.i racked thefirst time at 30
days,couse thier was alott of sediment at the bottom of my 6 gallon
carboy.thanks for any info.

Wait a few weeks for the sediment to completely drop out. Then you can
bottle if you want. bulking aging wines for up to a year generally
helps them though.
